Tame Impala- Feels Like We Only Go Backwards

This track doesn’t just feel like its going backward, it’s totally borrowing from The Beatles, which we like to think of as regression in the most positive manner. If you plan on being a “rock” band, why wouldn’t you borrow from the master?  Like Sgt. Pepper with some groovy, psychedelic 70s vibez it’s difficult not to jam to this song. It’s strange how refreshing such an influenced track like this can sound novel.
